LAYPP builds industry courses on one engine: SFDF — Source, Field, Drive, Flow. Four moves that carry a concept from its irreducible DNA to its behaviour inside a living system. Three accelerators keep the engine honest, intuitive and portable.
The core engine
Most courses hand you conclusions. SFDF hands you the line of causation, so you can rebuild the conclusion yourself — and reason past it.

Three accelerators
Each accelerator is a different lens you snap onto the engine. Together they strip, map, and relocate understanding until the concept is truly yours.

Make the invisible intuitive.
Map an unfamiliar field onto a structure the mind already trusts, so influence and mechanism become felt rather than memorised.

Re-run the same source, field and drive in unfamiliar systems. Understanding that survives relocation is understanding you own.

The diagnostic loop
A weak dimension selects its own repair: a shaky Understand calls the Analogy Engine, a shaky Reconstruct calls First Principles, a shaky Apply calls the Iteration Engine. Then we measure again. A single LAYPP Learning Index summarises the picture for dashboards — but the U / R / A profile beneath it never disappears.
